Genius Sonority, Inc. is a company established in June 2002 by 山名 学 Manabu Yamana and jointly owned by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company. Much of Genius Sonority's staff includes former employees of Heartbeat, the developer of Dragon Quest VII.
